For president Putin, the president of Azerbaijan and the prime minister of Armenia seemed to be as 2 kids; 2 bad kids!

guarantees the Russian imperial interests in the South Caucasus and beyond (the strategic corridors and communications).
Russia has deployed more than 5000 Russian of its invasion -troops to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan (in the declaration of Mr. Putin dictated ad the orders from him on 10 Nov 2020, it was pointed approxinately 1,960 Russian soldiers will participate and only with a condition when their arrival to the Karabakh is paralleled with the removal of all militants and the Armenian armed forces from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan).

On 11 January 2021, Vladimir Putin humiliated the presisent of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenian.
On 11 January 2020, Vladimir Putin behaved so arrogant as if the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenian are nobdy.
For president Putin, the president of Azerbaijan and the prime minister of Armenia seemed to be as 2 kids; 2 bad kids!

The meeting clearly demonstrated the two leaders from the South Caucasus have no values for Putin.

In the Moscows meeting room, neither the flag from Azerbaijan nor the flag from Armenia were present.

Mr. Putin [shamelessly] preferred to choose the point 9 from the 9 points of declaration (10 Nov 2020) for a clear colonial reasons.
The point 9 was chosen from Mr. Putin in the so-called Moscow meeting (11 January 2021) because the point 9
guarantees the Russian imperial interests in the South Caucasus and beyond (the strategic corridors and communications).
Russia has deployed more than 5000 Russian of its invasion -troops to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan (in the declaration of Mr. Putin dictated ad the orders from him on 10 Nov 2020, it was pointed approxinately 1,960 Russian soldiers will participate and only with a condition when their arrival to the Karabakh is paralleled with the removal of all militants and the Armenian armed forces from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan).
Russian invasion-troops [deployed by Mr. Putin to Karabakh] have become the criminal guarantor for the separatists and all the armenian militants who constantly are planning to attack and to kill the Azerbaijanj citizens.
